The Mid East Situation, Part
2

Note: This is the second in a
series of ongoing articles concerning the Mid East
situation written from the esoteric (inner, causal
reality) perspective. The purpose of these article is to
disseminate information concerning the world situation
today and the role humanity and the New Group of World
Server's must play at this time in our history. The most
important recognition that humanity must come to realize
is that an emergency exists in our world today.
Understanding and of this emergency and crisis creates
sensitivity. We must also have knowledge which creates
vision. When vision comes, there is insight as to what
each of us is able to do and what part we can play as the
world conflict continues. This article is Part 2. In the
coming weeks we will post more articles concerning the
Mid East and our continuing world crisis. It must be
stated at the outset that a new World Government is
attempting to be created. This government, if under
Hierarchical rule, will be a government based on
Spiritual (evolutionary) principles. If this government
to be created is under the rule of the forces of
darkness, it will be completely material (involutionary)
based. The battle being waged at this time is between the
Forces of Light (Spirit) and the forces of darkness
(materiality) and who will rule the world. The outcome
will depend upon the knowledge, illumination, activities,
vision, and invocations brought to this battle by
humanity and the New Group of World Servers
As I wrote several weeks ago in the first art of a series
of articles on the Mid East, the United States will be
entering into an extremely difficult period (already
initiated) due to it's upcoming transits of Pluto/Mars
(rulers of Scorpio, sign of discipleship), Pluto/Neptune
square, Chiron/Pluto, and, during autumn, the U.S. sun's
progression into Pisces (ruled by Neptune, sign of
chemical warfare, oil, and the refining and dissolving of
things). As always, to understand any situation, we must
begin with the greater reality (Soul) and progress into
the smaller (personality). The greater reality provides
the inner purposes of events while the smaller details
provide the outer events - or what we see in form and
matter. These two-fold (yet one) realities often seem to
be unrelated. In fact, they seem diametrically opposed
and contrary to each other. But that is the nature of
living within a dual world, which Geminis, Librans, and
Pisceans know much about. When viewed esoterically, the
two become one.
We begin with the pertinent questions, which is the
Socratic method of learning. Why is the Mid East
presently (and most often) in conflict? And what is the
reality concerning the abuse that occurred in the Iraqi
prisons? We must first realize that the Earth is a living
and coherent system with its own laws, timings, and
cycles, and that it has, like humans, vortexes or chakra
centers where energy (from outside the system) enters, is
distributed, and is released. There are always seven
chakras distributing seven different types of energy so
that the living system can maintain equilibrium and also
can progress evolutionarily (toward Spirit). In the human
system, the solar plexus (containing two directions of
force) is that region where, spiritually, a choice of
direction is eventually made and a reorientation takes
place. The choice/reorientation is whether the system
(human, nation, planet) will continue to move deeper into
matter (involution) which in its nature is separative, or
reorient itself and assume a new direction toward Spirit
(evolution) which is unitive. Before a reorientation (new
direction toward Spirit) can occur, though there is
always enormous conflict (between two realities, one
higher, one lower), crisis, and a tremendous battle takes
place. This battle is always between the Soul (evolution)
and the personality (involution). Battles are ruled over
by Mars, the god of war. Reorientation is ruled over by
Scorpio, the sign of Discipleship. Scorpio's two rulers
are Pluto (total transformation) and Mars (battles,
testing). These battles occur within the solar plexus
(chakra point) within all systems when it is time for
reorientation. The Mid East is the solar plexus of the
Earth. The situation within the Mid East is one,
therefore, where the field (area, geography, etheric
field) is in relentless chaos and crisis (Mars) so that a
total transformation (Pluto) can come about and it's
resultant reorientation (direction toward Spirit). Prior
to reorientation a light must be placed upon the
darkness. When light is shed upon darkness, the darkness
(involutionary behavior which is separative) is revealed.
This creates choice so that new (evolutionary, Spiritual)
ethics and values can be chosen. Venus represents values.
During its 2004 retrograde (till the end of June),
previous values will be replaced by new, higher level
values (and ethics).
The situation of abuse in the Iraqi jails has been
brought to light and a reorientation of values will be
occurring. Humanity will demand this. (this article,
along with Celestial weekly events, continues on our

section.) At our present cyclic journey, both as a nation
and as humanity (the world disciple) the darkness within
each of us must be brought to light so we can take it to
task, choose whether this darkness will flourish or not,
and choose which path we will follow. The abuse situation
in the Iraqi prisons is one example of this for our
nation. Each nation (person, community, family system,
etc.) as the transits progress around their chart,
experiences a time in which their darkness is seen. This
allows that nation (person, community, government, etc.)
to see clearly and to choose their appropriate future
path. Some will choose the path of continuing darkness.
Others will choose the Path of Light. If we look at this
abuse situation in the light of family systems and
values, we notice that all families harbor something
(behaviors) that need redeeming (light shed upon it).
Instead of relinquishing our love and responsibility for
our nation (or our families) we are instead to have
knowledge and compassion for our country in its time of
extreme difficulty and further tests that lead to its
transformation. There is a further reason for the Mid
East crisis, presently occurring in the geographical site
of the cradle of civilization (Iraq) and that is the
Spiritual shift of focus from the receding 6th Ray
(Piscean) to the incoming 7th Ray (Aquarian) systems of
energies. When one ray is being withdrawn (6th) and
another ray is coming into the field of Earth (7th),
there is always crisis, conflict, tension, wars, and
battles. As presented in the previous Mid East text, the
ray being withdrawn (6th), and those who resonate to it,
fight relentlessly to maintain its (and their) existence
while those affiliated with the new ray energy (7th) must
stand firm within the potential archetypes as the battle
all the while swirls all about them. Therefore, and as
presently being experienced, humanity and the Earth,
impacted by two conflicting ray forces, are caught up in
the battle, are thrown off-center, and there is in the
world intense and difficult tension. Cruelty and darkness
comes to light. And each of us is caught in a whirlpool
of diverse forces vying for leadership.
We call this meeting of conflicting forces "Humanity
facing the world Arjuna" (whose task from Krishna was to
choose which path/Path to take). Humanity is seeing and
must choose between the forces of materialism (darkness)
and the Forces of Light. This battle is one that is
recurrent and cyclic but in this era the battle will be
the decisive and determining factor of our age. This
factor of conflict is between material domination and
spiritual control. The 6th ray works through and controls
the solar plexus (emotional, idealism, Mid East) whereas
the 7th ray works through and controls the sacral (where
Spirit enters matter to redeem, or bring light, to
matter) center. The 6th ray controls religions (thus we
see the present fanaticism) whereas the 7th ray works
through politics (United Nations) and assists in creating
the new culture and civilization. The truth of these
matters is vital so that humanity can come to a point of
understanding which leads to appropriate solutions and an
immediate end to the stupendous unrest, battles,
conflict, and war. Humanity, working with Ray 4 (Harmony
Through Conflict) and Ray 5 (Divine Intelligence) must
and will make a choice. Then the two (states of
consciousness, choices) will separate. And a new world,
for those on the side of the Forces of Light, will be
inaugurated.
